Data Deletion Policy

Effective date: January 24, 2026

How to request deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your organization, email support@dutyroster.io. Please include:

  • Your organization name
  • Primary contact email
  • The type of data you want deleted (if known)

What we delete

Depending on your request, deletion may include crew member records, shift assignments, and related notes stored in the Service.

Timing

We typically complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
